Mantle has earned the prestigious 2024 North America Die Cast Association Award for its work on a metal 3D printed H13 tool steel die-cast tool with Benda Tool & Model Works.

This achievement highlights Mantle’s ability to produce durable H13 tool steel inserts that can withstand the temperatures and pressures of high-pressure aluminum die casting while reducing the lead times, costs, and labor of tooling production – a significant milestone in the high-pressure die casting industry.

Mantle 3D Systems, LLC, today announced that Kim Hayashi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. She succeeds Ted Sorom, who stepped down earlier this year after 10 years of leadership.
